Baked red potatoes

Red potatoes have that sweetness to it that make it comforting to enjoy. It contains carbs which can be a great source of energy for your body during outdoor activities in winter. However, you don’t have to order baked potatoes from the restaurants that are loaded with sour cream and such. Buy fresh red potatoes, clean them, and bake them in a tinfoil. Before baking, you can add some seasonings such as salt, garlic, pepper, and a little bit of olive oil.

This is a classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich lots of people love. This is easy to make, not so expensive, and tasty. Not to mention that it is packed with necessary nutrition for the body. In fact, people say it is a staple snack for many NBA athletes. This snack contains protein, fiber, and sugar. Those can give you a boost of energy to keep going. Also, the jams are packed with fruits and plants which are really nourishing. You can prepare this snack a night before your ski expedition. Make sure to put them in a sealed bags.
